Rihanna's Hot 100 Reign Extends to Three Weeks; Train Arrives at New Peak.

Rihanna maintains her lead billing on the Billboard Hot 100 for a third week with "Rude Boy," the third single from her latest album "Rated R"."Rude" also moves to the No. 1 slot on the Radio Songs chart, her fourth leader on that list and first since she was featured on T.I.'s 2008/2009 chart-topper "Live Your Life.""Live Your Life" was also the last song to earn Airplay Gainer honors for six consecutive weeks, a streak "Rude" reaches this week as it improves by a healthy 25 million listener impressions.

Holding at No. 2 for a second frame is "Nothin' On You" by B.o.B featuring Bruno Mars. Train posts the best Hot 100 showing of its career as "Hey, Soul Sister" steps 7-3, while moving 5-1 on the Digital Songs tally. The group first graced the Hot 100 list when "Meet Virginia" debuted in October 1999 on its way to a No. 20 peak. Train's subsequent Hot 100 entry, "Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)" had been the band's biggest hit, having reached No. 5 in June 2001.

After dropping 2-4 last week, Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now" holds at that ranking. The track, meanwhile, is bumped 1-2 on the Radio Songs chart by "Rude Boy," even though "Need You Now" posts an increase in audience impressions. Lady Gaga and Beyonce's "Telephone" falls two digits to No. 5 and Taio Cruz steps back 5-6 with "Break Your Heart." Black Eyed Peas also fall one spot to No. 7 with "Imma Be."Justin Bieber, the Billboard 200's new leading man, jumps 10-8 with "Baby," which features vocals from rapper Ludacris. The super teen also places the Hot Shot Debut onto the Hot 100 for a second straight week as "Eenie Meenie," his collaboration with Sean Kingston, debuts at No. 30.

"Eenie" appears on Bieber's chart-topping "My World 2.0" and is scheduled to be included on Kingston's third studio set, due later this year. The song sells 66,000 downloads and is available digitally a la carte through Kingston's label and not as a selection off of Bieber's album. Bieber also places another track from "My World 2.0" on the list as "That Should Be Me" opens at No. 92. That makes five songs from his new set (which houses 11 tracks) that have already reached the Hot 100; he sent all seven tracks from his debut EP, "My World," onto the chart.

Rounding out the Hot 100 top 10 are "BedRock" by Young Money featuring Lloyd and Ke$ha's "TiK ToK," which both drop one spot to No. 9 and No. 10, respectively. Nine new tracks dot the Hot 100 this week, including T-Pain's "Reverse Cowgirl" (No. 75), Young Money's "Roger That" (No, 86) and Colbie Caillat's "I Never Told You" (No. 99). Also entering the list are current top 40 Country Songs tracks "Pray For You" by Jaron and the Long Road To Love (No. 87), Luke Bryan's "Rain Is A Good Thing" (No. 91), "Wrong Baby Wrong" by Martina McBride (No. 95) and Miranda Lambert's "The House That Built Me" (No. 98).
